Strategy on a page
Where the business is going, what it stands for and how it is scoring against each goal. Select the pencil on any wording to change it.
Performance and results
Each measure is compared with its monthly target. Target met shows whether the target was actually reached. The score (out of 10) is actual divided by target. The status follows the framework rule: On track only when the target is met, otherwise Watch (score 5 or more) or At risk (below 5). The trend arrow shows the move since last month: green moved the right way, red the wrong way, amber is level. Select a box on the map to see that goal or measure in the panel below. Switch to the heat map or the trend lines with the buttons.

Each cell shows the goal score. Colour shows its status. Select a cell to jump to that goal and month.

Select a legend name to show or hide a line. Select a point to jump to that month.

Select anywhere on a measure to open its chart and month-by-month table. Select it again to close.

Where the business is on its growth path, what it must show to reach the next stage, and the gap that remains.
Business capability
Where the business is today (as is) against where the Momentum stage needs it to be (to be). The shaded part of each bar is the gap to close. The commentary explains why. Drag a slider to see what changes.

Risk register
Rating is likelihood times impact. Low 1 to 5, Medium 6 to 12, High 13 to 20, Critical 21 to 25. Appetite: Select a tile to filter the register, then select any risk to open its detail. Switch between the cause and impact view, simple cards and a plain table. Open detail from a card or a table row takes you back to the cause and impact view to edit.
Register
Select a risk, then Open the risk, to see or change its scores, controls and treatment. Use Add a risk to record a new one. Ratings and tiles update when you save.
Continuous improvement
What the business is actually doing. Every item traces back to a goal, a measure, a risk or a capability gap. Fortnightly cycles, reviewed monthly. View the work as a roadmap, a board or a table. Hover over any item for its status update, or select it to open its full detail on the right. On the board, drag a card to another column to change its status.
